Dead Servoskulls Objective Markers
As a slightly obsessed servoskull kitbasher, I was trying to think of a fun new thing I could do for a #servoskullsaturday sometime earlier this year. I had done a couple of damaged/downed servoskulls previously (here and here are the only ones that come to mind right away). What about a couple of downed servoskulls on these weird hex-grate resin bases that came from some unknown source?
This first guy got his tail-cable from a thick metal hose from some kit or another (maybe Fartok from Beyond the Gates of Antares?). His eye-sensor is a just a carefully trimmed piece of sprue. The debris bit in his goo on the floor is also a piece of sprue.
This second one has plastic bits for the tail cable and "arm" parts. Thick glue was used on both bases to make some vital juices from whatever headshot took them out.
And now for the obligatory comparison shots to show how big these objectives are next to minis that will likely try to capture them to win some scenario or another.
