The Villagers Project- Part 1

I have collected the various Reaper Bones Villagers from the four bloated Kickstarters I backed over the years. What was the plan? Some vague idea of rebasing them onto round bases and painting them or converting them all to help populate various gaming tables. It has finally begun with these two fellows.

 First up we have "Jim Hoer" because he has a hoe.

Next is "Coop" because he's apparently a cooper.

These two are definitely medieval peasants, but they might also work as grimdark future peasants. I've kept their bases relatively nondescript so they can fit into multiple settings as needed.
