Ravaged Star Test Minis- Dominirans

 

I got the stuff from the Ravaged Star not-chaos-40k Gamefound campaign and decided to try something on a couple of the female cultist troopers. I've been intrigued with a Dathomir Night Sisters inspired color scheme for a while now, and these seemed like a good place to try it out.

This hooded trooper was the main reason I thought of going with the reds of a Night Sister color scheme,  the hood was a definite match to their Clone Wars look.

While they were painted at the same time this more leader like figure got a little more attention. But they both match pretty well.

Now for a comparison shot with the usual suspects- Victoria Minis Highland Trooper, GW Primaris Marine, and a Raging Heroes Jailbird.

I only picked up the Dominiran War Pack pledge, which is mostly full of these female cultist types. I've got no specific plans for them other than painting up some nice miniatures that might see some action in various ruleset. The big not-chaos-space-marine guys included with the ladies are nice looking but they don't really spark a lot of creative juices for me. Perhaps they'll be called the Daughters of the Night.
