Some Junktober 2025 Miniatures Finished

I'm not a huge Ork fan, so Orktober never really does it for me. But there are other hobby challenges during the month that sometimes catch my eye. This year, I came across this #junktober2025 challenge from JunkDrawer Studio that seemed pretty interesting. I haven't done every day of it, but I've been following it. The days I've done so far turned out okay.

This first one is a HAUNTED drone made from a network cable connector, a propeller from a plastic toy, some wires, and a metal zombie arm from RSquared Studios. The arm was painted with some of my favorite olde Partha green fluorescent, so it doesn't really show up well in these pics- much like real ghosts don't show up well in pictures!

Then came a twofer- FRAGMENT and RUNE. Just some 20mm bases with torn pieces of paper tape. Then I painted some "runes" on them.

And finally, a cool hover LANTERN that will fit in nicely with the Tech Bazaar or many other sci-fi setting. Thsi was a really quick trashbash of a part from a marker, a length of plastic knitting needle, and a little piece of a hot glue stick. The light section is a light blue, but, much like the ghostly arm for the drone, it doesn't really show up great in these pics.

That's all I've finished up to the 13th. There are some upcoming days that I do have ideas for, so there will be another round-up like this later in the month sometime.
