Chiana From Farscape

...well, not officially. This figure is from one of the first Bombshell Miniatures Kickstarters for cheesecake female adventurers from multiple settings. This one was one of the "Atomic Punks" and came with a spiky lizard-like guy (who has not been painted yet). I picked up 2 of the girl and one is primed and ready to paint somewhere in a storage box. Her skin is so light that it was hard to get great pictures of the skin. apologies.

A few days ago I decided that I needed to paint up this particular miniature as Chiana. I'm not sure where the whim came from, but I went on a hunt for the primed one. When I tired of that search I knew exactly where to get the bare metal emergency backup figure.

By Friday night she was based on a fancy Necromunda base and primed with a little start on the skin. A little more painting on Saturday night got minimal progress. By Sunday evening she was done. She's not screen accurate (this is her outfit from episodes 7 and 8 of season 6) because I was just going for more of a suggestion of Chiana (or any other rebellions Nebari chick). I think it worked out.

Back in 2009 or so, I painted a Heroclix Abbey Chase mini as my first not-Chiana. She turned out fine. I love both of my Chianas equally, probably.
