Tech Bazaar 9- Slightly Used Battle Pod

This started life as an artillery Zentraedi Battle Pod from the trainwreck Kickstarter by Palladium for what would have been an extensive line of Robotech miniatures. This is in a scale other than 28mm (I think it's 6mm) but it's a machine that actually looks OK with 28mm figures, so I decided to use it in the Tech Bazaar as another piece of junk or even a random rogue AI or bot.

It was assembled before the most recent move but the top mounted gun got damaged, so I decided to modify it a bit and drilled some holes for a few cables to hang from (the guns will fit nicely with other bits).

For the base I used a 40mm with a trimmed plastic mesh to fit in with the Tech Bazaar theme (there's some underground thing it's standing beaide). 

Here we  can see how the Battle Pod sizes up next to the TechHut (based on a CD), I think it fits well as vehicle that will make a great addition to the Tech Bazaar.

And here we have the Battle Pod in a lineup with  the Wandering Techpriest and the cyborg Shephathiah.

Next we have a 'Fokaero' from Monkey Miniatures and a Primaris Marine from GW.

And finally we've got some bigger minis to show how nicely the Battle Pod fits in- an Oathsworn Battle Robot and the Sir Brother Targus conversion.
