Another Paintscheme Test for Dwarven Forge Game Tiles

This time it is called "Tomb of Cherkiti" because it's meant to be somewhat Ægyptian-y.

Some comparison shots with various minis...

Finally, a side-by-side of the "Tomb of Cherkiti" and the "Halls of the Mushroom Sage" schemes. I'm thinkiing of splitting it down the middle like this for most of the rest of the (millions!!) of tiles left, until I get crazy enough to try the "Funkadelik Dunjeon" scheme I'm trying to suppress...

3 Years Later... Cthood Squad Complete

Check out this olde post from 2010- The Cthood Arrive- My First WF Shock Troops to see where it all began... Finally all those guys are done and there are more waiting for paint.

This guy was the first and has been lonely for a looong time.

The first trooper, with a Warzone Bauhaus pack.

I chose this helmet so the Cthood can get more troops than just the few squidheads I've got.

Pointer guy, with another Warzone Bauhaus pack.

And finally, the heavy weapon guy with targeter monocle and big gun...

Dwarven Forge Game Tiles- Test Pieces

I was very happy last week when I had to lug the 37 pound box across the parking lot of the FedEx facility. I'm even more happy now that I've gotten some painted!

And with various minis to show some scale and the versatility of these:

I'm calling this floor and wall color scheme "Halls of the Mushroom Sage" (named after the main paint colors I used). I'm going to try out a couple of other color mixes to see which I like best. Comments and suggestions welcomed.
