4 More Cyber Dogs and a Gryph Hound

I started on the pack of cyber dogs at the beginning of last year. They are from Rebel Minis, i had to do a search to dind the aource. Since there were four left to paint, I decided they must all be done at once for completeness. Plus, from the Silver Tower box, the Gryph Hound minus the lil' hammer on his collar. 

The fourth member of the pack had a slight miscast on the snout, more of a mold slip, that needed to be filled. He sorta looks like a Great Dane,  so I called him Marmaduke while I was painting. 

The fifth member also had a mold slip on the snout. I wanted to vary the colors more than just a different brown, so he got black fur with some grey highlights. 

The sixth member is another big dog with a variation of brown fur.

And the seventh and final member (at least from the specific blister pack, there are some others that might fit in with the cyber dog pack) is oddly very similar looking to the robot dog from the ancient Battlestar Galactica. I didn't realize the similarities until I was editing the pictures, but this one is the closet I'll probably ever come to painting a Muffit mini.

Here's the whole pack of cyber dogs from the blister pack. And below, we've got an expanded pack of cyber dogs with two from Crocodile Games and the cyber hog from Astropolis. This brings to mind several possibilities, including using them as a Space Station Zero crew...

I originally thought about painting the Gryph Hound with leopard spots.  After some consideration I decided it was a nice fanciful little sculpt so it should get something a little more exotic. I figured he would work well as a pet for an Inquisitor or some Rogue Trader, thus the fancy base.
