Soviet Space Goblin Field Marshal

The next in my seemingly never ending series- "Minis That Were Started But Abandoned But Now Picked Back Up To Finish." This is a Kromlech resin miniature that I got at some past GenCon. He was started almost immediately, but then I got hung up on thoughts of details that weren't really there. That was several years ago, and since then he has sat with just a couple of colors.

Suddenly, after finishing up my taxes mere minutes before midnight on the 15th, I remembered this mini and decided I should dig him out and finish him up.

I grabbed a handful of paints an started putting some colors on him to build up some character. Then he was hit with a couple of washes to help the details pop out more.

He was finished off with some highlights and touchups pretty quickly. I think this is close to what I had originally envisioned for him all those years ago. 

So what will I be using him for? I have no idea. The original plan was for him to be a character for the Tech Bazaar, exiled from his homeworld as a war criminal after some failed conquest. So he would be a random encounter for visitors to the Tech Bazaar. We shall see when/if he gets used in a game.
