More Freeborn Domari

Another dip into Beyond the Gates of Antares, these were not from the legendary Antares Cornucopia, though. Three more of the nice plastic Freeborn troops. They were batch painted in a sort of quick and dirty couple of short sessions. 

First up is this purple cloaked guy with a mag gun. The face paint for the Domari has become one of my favorite parts of painting them. It adds a little extra something. Also, he got put on a Necromunda base because I thought it would be cool.

Next is another purple cloak with mag gun. This guy is aiming, I really like this pose and want to convert this pose on the last sprue I've got. That will have to wait, though. 

Finally, a red cloaked guy with a plasma gun, shouting and firing/aiming. I like this guy best of this batch. He's the reason I need to convert some of the final sprue to have weapons other than the mag guns, I like variety. This guy also got a Necromunda base, it's just cooler than the vague rubble/space-asphalt most of the rest have gotten. 

And here we've got the new 3 with the previous 3. When I was partway done with this batch, I decided I should get some of the metal Freeborn ready to paint. I've now got a few more plastics, that have been ready for some time, and a 2 metal Domari and 1 Vardanari. Maybe a Freeborn holiday season is coming...
